The Commit
Cal Poly

“It’s been somewhat of a goal school for my whole career. The combination of a great school academically, as well as being able to compete Division 1. Additionally, the location of the school is very nice and not too far from home. I think the environment at Cal Poly, as a whole, really suits my goals.”

The Others
“Cal Poly was the only school I was really considering.”

The Division
“I want to wrestle at the highest level.”

The Fit
“An all-around hard-working person who plans on making an impact on the team.”

“See me constantly trying to make openings and attack; nonstop wrestling.”

“Realistically, I think I still have some growing to do, so I could be going 125’s or 133’s. But I’m confident that with my work ethic, I can fit into the lineup at any weight.”

The Now
“I just need to keep on getting stronger and improve on bottom.”

“End the year ranked top 15 in the country and become a California state champion. As long as we are allowed to have a season, I’m confident I can achieve those goals.”

The Future
“Continue perfecting my craft. I plan on being an outstanding wrestler, as well as a great student for Cal Poly.”

“I gave the coaches my all and also kickstarted my life by starting my career.”

The Message
“It seems like a great place to get your life and career started while also getting to wrestle at the highest level.”

The Fun Fact
I race go-karts for fun now, but when I was young, it was my main sport before anything else.”

I took third at my last race this weekend, but that was my first race in 7 years.”
